Art Opening: Strange Anthropomorphic Horse Paintings | Mission Dist.A solo show of new work by local artist Tanya Wischerath will take place at a.Muse Gallerywith public reception with the artist on Tuesday, December 15, from 7 – 10 p.m. Musical guest Fuzzpod will perform at 9 pm. Admission is free.

About the Artist: Though Born in San Francisco, Wischerath grew up moving between Denmark, Brazil, and the US. She studied painting at Moore College of Art and Design and California College of the Arts. She currently lives in San Francisco and pays the bills by bartending and is grateful for her place at Mojuju Tattoo as an artist and tattooist.
