Cal Day: 300 music/lecture/workshop events on the UC Campus (Berkeley)
| Saturday, April 12 | ||
| 9:00 am | to | 4:00 pm |
Hands down, the best day of the year at UC Berkeley is Cal Day, the campus’s annual open house. It’s packed with fun, surprises, and discovery, with something for absolutely everyone — newly admitted students, high-schoolers looking to the future, alumni, kids, neighbors, and friends. There are more than 300 events from 9 am to 4 pm, all free. A sampling of events are Automated Robot Racing Cars, Library’s $1 Book Sale, Flying Saucers and Hovercrafts: Transportation Futuristics, Cal Traditions and Songs, Love, Sex, and Marriage in the Movies, and hundreds more. — (Click for a complete list of events)

That is great to get to check that all out for free! Wish I could be there.
