Rose Hill Collective V2 Compilation Launch Party w/ Built for the Sea @ GAMH (Tenderloin)

Saturday, May 17
9:00 pm

There’s quite the all-local show going down Saturday night at the Great American Music Hall. It’s the CD release party for the new compilation from the The Rose Hill Collective. Saturday night’s show include performances by Built for the Sea (led by our favorite local songbird, Lia Rose ex-Minipop), Overview, Silian Rail, The Hundred Days, and Cold Hot Crash (pictured), along with DJ sets by members of LoveLikeFire and Live 105 DJ “Miles the Intern”. If that’s not enough, the Rose Hill gang is promising surprise performances from compilation bands too. (source: The Bay Bridged)

The compilation features a wealth of great local bands, including LoveLikeFire, Or, the Whale, Here Here, Nyles Lannon, Silian Rail, Birdmonster, Street to Nowhere, Built for the Sea, Cold Hot Crash, The Hundred Days, Overview, Audrye Sessions, and Poor Bailey. Copies will be given away for free at the release party and all of the bands are going to be giving them away on their upcoming tours.

The group was founded in 2007 by members of Built for the Sea, LoveLikeFire, and Poor Bailey to bring local bands together for collaborative projects, including their latest release, the appropriately titled Rose Hill Collective, Volume 2.
