4th of July Alameda Rose, White and Blue Parade & Street Festival (San Jose)

Friday, July 4
10:00 amto3:00 pm

Enjoy a family holiday filled with History, Patriotism and Roses. Delve into the history of The Alameda as community groups come together to restore the pleasure of an old-fashioned family-style 4th of July. Enjoy the excitement of floats, bands, an old-fashioned calliope, marching units of Boy and Girl Scouts, kids and pets, antique cars with local dignitaries and dance troupes. Our street festival at the conclusion of the parade will feature food booths, a jumphouse, carnival booths, dunk tank and items for sale and will benefit community non-profit groups. Learn about rose culture and have a chance to vote for your favorite rose. Spend the morning enjoying the parade and have fun and food at the festival in the early afternoon.
