We’re thrilled to celebrate the publication of When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Mr. Sedaris’ new collection. Be aware that this event starts earlier than our usual readings. Due to the large volume of attendees that we are anticipating, seating is first-come first served and will require a ticket (free with purchase of his book from us). Once all the seats are sold out, then we will have some standing room available and those who purchased the book from us will have a ticket for the priority signing line.
When You Are Engulfed in Flames officially goes on sale June 3, but we are currently taking pre-orders, so please call us at 510-653-9965. Also, David is a little camera-shy, so we are asking you to leave your cameras at home. We know that there are many big fans of David’s out there and would love to accommodate everyone, and we will try, but please be patient –we are big fans of David’s as well and join you in your enthusiasm! For now, please enjoy David on Letterman.
