Cupertino 4th of July Childrens Parade & Fireworks Festival 2008

Friday, July 4
10:00 amto10:30 pm

Join the city of Cupertino to celebrate 2008 Independence Day. The day’s festivities begin with a pancake breakfast at 7am at the Quinlan Community Center’s Cupertino Room (fee applies) followed by a children’s parade at 10am starting from the Memorial Park ball field and a community singalong at the Quinlan Center. Events resume in the evening around 6:15p with live music, facepainting, food booths and of course fireworks viewable from three areas: Creekside Park, Hyde and Sedgwick Schools. Although there is no information on the website regarding the fireworks for 2008 we spoke to someone in the city offices on 7/2/08 who confirmed this event was taking place. Please be aware that space is very limited for this small town event.
