45th Annual Old-Fashioned 4th of July Carnival (Hayward)

On Friday, July 4, 2008, Hayward and the Lion’s club hosts the 45th annual 4th of july celebration at George Weekes Park. From 7:30am to 10:30am there’s a Pancake Breakfast (free for seniors and veterans, by donation for all others) The Carnival runs from 11am to 4pm with food booths, snowcones, games and contest like watermellon eating. Live patriotic music and the colores will be presented by the boy scouts.
