7th annual “Spirit of America” Carnival/Festival & Fireworks (San Jose)

The 7th annual “Spirit of America” event is happening at Church on the Hill on July 4, 2008. This is a family-friendly carnival-type environment with games, shopping, food, music and a fireworks show. This year’s event features Free parking, Free shuttles to the event from designated parking lots, Free live music and entertainment, Free Fireworks Show, Many food vendors, Arts, crafts, and home based business expo, Kids activities, giant slides, carnival games, and much more. While they do not charge admission to the event, a $2 per person donation is suggested.
Come early and park below the hill.
For your comfort and convenience they advise guests to bring lawn chairs or blankets and flashlights. Alcohol, drugs, weapons, and personal fireworks are absolutely not permitted.
Coolers and bags will be checked.
For the safety of others, no bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades or pets are permitted.
Please note that the Hill will be closed to new arrivals at 9:15pm or when they reach maximum capacity (per Fire Department regulations). They recommend that you arrive on the Hill before 9:00 pm if you wish to watch the fireworks.
