Oakland art murmur is a group of art galleries in oakland that have openings every first friday of the month. We’ve checked the art murmer website and there are several gallery events listed for July 4th, though we don’t know if this week will be as big as non-holiday weeks. Most events and gallerys are free: July 4th events: The Art of Alison Tharp (Water color and ink.
