Helping to kick off ths year’s California Jug Band Festival is “Kinda Sorta Jug Band Hootenanny” with bands Quake City, Kally Price, and Jugology. Hootenanny Night features 3 1/2 hours of live music and jams at Cafe International in the Lower Haight
