Event Details

Join us for a sneak peek at the films that will be playing at this year’s San Francisco Jewish Film Festival! Jay Rosenblatt, SFJFF Program Director, will show clips of this year’s upcoming festival highlights, give you a “behind-the-scenes” look at some of the films and how they are selected, and tell the history of what has become the oldest and largest Jewish film festival in the world.

About the SFJFF
SFJFF is a year-round media arts organization that promotes awareness, appreciation and pride in the diversity of the Jewish people. Our programs are meant to create a community and strengthen consciousness of Jewish identity, history and culture; provide a dynamic and inclusive forum for exploration of and dialogue about Jewish experiences around the world, and encourage independent filmmakers working with Jewish themes.

SFJFF produces the first and largest Jewish Film Festival in the world, year-round screenings and events, an online shorts program, a New Jewish Film-making Project, and a Mitzvah Series that provides free screening of Jewish films for seniors in nursing homes and at our summer festival.
