2020 Irish-American Crossroads Festival

The Irish-American Crossroads Festival is a literary, musical, and cultural event that takes place every year in San Francisco during the month of March.

It is a celebrated annual festival inviting the public to come together around inspired, creative, and relevant events regarding Irish and Irish-American history and culture.

Discover the remarkable history of the Pearse and Connolly Fife and Drum Band and be entertained by a rousing performance of this respected centerpiece of the San Francisco Irish community.

The Pearse and Connolly Fife and Drum Band, an important cultural institution of the San Francisco Irish community, was founded in Butte, Montana in 1917 and moved to SF in the 1920s (shown above in 1936). The public is invited to learn about its founding and history as well as to enjoy a memorable performance.
