21st Amendment Brewery Opening & Watermelon Bowling | East Bay

21st Amendment has opened a new brewery and tasting room in San Leandro and you’re invited to the Grand Opening Party featuring live music featuring WJM, D.R. & the Blazers, The Dirty and The Sam Chase & The Untraditional, food trucks, brewery tours, and watermelon bowling, all from noon to 10 pm on Saturday, August 29, 2015.

The party will feature the release of the new inaugural beer, “Toaster Pastry” India Red Ale and other special one-off beers. For younger participants, a kid zone with face painting, bounce houses and age-appropriate treats will also be offered.

Admission is free, and there will be complimentary shuttle to and from the San Leandro BART for those joining the party; just look for their logo on the shuttle.

21st Amendment says…

It’s been an amazing ride since opening our humble brewpub back in August 2000, to packaging and selling our beers across this country. Our next exciting adventure has begun as we begin brewing at our new San Leandro Brewery.

The first beers out of San Leandro will be exciting new releases, and we’ll also be experimenting with our San Leandro neighbors, Drakes Brewery and Cleophus Quealy, to produce some really inventive collaboration beers. We’re excited to make San Leandro a craft beer Mecca and destination.
