San Francisco’s Bayview Neighborhood comes alive for 3rd on Third, a community-wide arts celebration for the whole family happening from 5-8 pm every third Friday of the month, at Bayview Town Center (Mendell Plaza at 3rd Street & Oakdale Ave).

The monthly event features pop-up galleries, pop-up attractions, local food vendors, a beer and wine garden, a special children’s zone with free art-making activities, and a stage featuring talent from Bayview and beyond.

Art meets community at 3rd on Third in March with Hawaiian hula dancers, a fire dancer, fire eater, break dance workshops and performance, SF Civic Symphony String Quartet, Performing Arts Workshop, street performers, arts activities for kids, vendors, plus $5 dinner specials by Radio Africa & Kitchen, Old Skool Cafe and Auntie April’s Soul Food.
