48th Annual Big Book Sale | Fort Mason
Held at Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion on September 19-23, 2012, the Big Book Sale features over 500,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl and other forms of media, 10,000 boxes of materials, 50+ categories and over 400 volunteers. Everything is $3 or less, kids books are $1 or less every day and all books are $1 on Sunday.
The Big Book Sale is free and open to the public and all proceeds from the Big Book Sale benefit the San Francisco Public Library’s literacy programs for children, teens and adults.
