Mollie Stone’s Market at Bon Air hosts its 4th Annual Hatch Chile Roast. Experts will roast these fragrant green peppers in front of the store in a large propane roaster and chefs will be offering tastes of Hatch Chile dishes such as Hatch Chile Cornbread, house made Hatch Chile Sausages, Hatch Chile Rellanos and more.
