Event Details

Join them and other friends of Angel Island Conservancy for a pre-mother’s day wildflower hike on Angel Island.

This is a walking experience, so there will be up to 4 miles total walking/hiking. They will walk at a comfortable pace, but there will be some hills and possibly rough terrain.

Event Schedule:

  • 9:30am-9:50am Arrive at Tiburon Ferry
  • 9:55am Board Ferry
  • 10:00am Ferry Ride to Island
  • 10:30am-12:00pm Hike
  • 12:00pm-1:00pm Picnic Lunch (bring your own picnic, or buy one of theirs)
  • 1:00pm-2:00pm Hike back to ferry
  • 2:20pm Ferry back to Tiburon
  • 2:30pm Arrive in Tiburon

Children are welcome, but keep in mind that you will be hiking, and possibly entering areas that have debris in them. Please wear sturdy and comfortable closed-toed shoes, and bring plenty of drinking water.

Kids 2 and under are free to ride the ferry. If it’s raining, they will postpone to another day.

Disclaimer: Please double check event information with the event organizer as events can be canceled, details can change after they are added to our calendar, and errors do occur.
