Free local screening of a new documentary about anxiety. Candid interviews with real teens about anxiety, tools that help, and hope. Includes an interview with Olympic star Michael Phelps.

The event features a viewing of the 55-minute film, followed by an informative panel discussion led by mental health experts. Appropriate for ages 10 yrs and up.
