Annual Epidemic Film Festival | Academy of Art
Join the Academy of Art University for two engaging evenings featuring the best work from The School of Motion Pictures & Television and The School of Acting on April 17-18, 2013.
Free, but an RSVP is required.
The festival will take place on Thursday, April 18, 2013. On April 17, 2013 the Academy of Art will also hold a panel featuring entertainment industry and talent representatives discussing the making of movies and television in today’s marketplace.
All screenings and panels are free and open to the public.
The Academy will honor Academy Award Winning film editor, Anne V. Coates with a degree of Honorary Doctorate of Human Letter for her vast career achievements. Coates’ credits include classic and internationally acclaimed films such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Elephant Man, In the Line of Fire, Out of Sight and Erin Brockovich.
Coates will be interviewed by Turner Classic Movie host Robert Osborne.
