Ring in New Years Eve 2015 with Mayer Hawthorne performing a DJ set, with some excellent local support by J Boogie (Om Records), Afrolicious Sound System and Ren The Vinyl Archaelogist (True Skool) on December 31, 2014.
Enjoy two rooms, the Public Works excellent Funktion One sound system and hosted champagne until 10 pm.
Mayer Hawthorne has come a long way since his 2008 debut, and right now, he says, “Life is great.” He’s released two well-received full-length albums, had songs licensed for film and television, and toured the world with Bruno Mars, Foster The People, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, and the late Amy Winehouse.
