Event Details

Art+Feminism is an international campaign to improve content on women and the arts on Wikipedia and encourage female editorship and participation in the online encyclopedia.

San Francisco Art Institute is hosting a special satellite edit-a-thon in the Walter and McBean Galleries. This event celebrates the “open mic” dimension of Wikipedia, and is a chance to put the diverse and specialized resources of the adjacent Anne Bremer Memorial Library to use as reference material for building up Wikipedia content on topics related to art and feminism.
