Join SF Games and Scavenger Hunts on an Augmented Reality Capture the Flag adventure. It’s a safe bet that you’ve probably played a game of capture the flag at some point in your life — but you’ve never played like this before.
In this matchup, both teams will use their iPhones to download the iOS app nFlux, which augments the classic game of capture the flag with new, video game-inspired features like randomly dropped power-ups. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realize how much exercise you’re getting.
You’ll be meeting at 1pm at the Golden Gate Park hilltop. They’ll have some phone arm bands, portable battery chargers, and VitaCoco ready for you.
What to bring:
- iPhone 4S or newer with a data connection (with the NFlux App installed: http://nflux.2080ar.com)
- Water
- Your running shoes
