Saturday, November 29, 2014 - 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm | Cost: FREE
Peet’s (South SF) | 201 Grand Ave, South San Francisco, CA

Come down to Peet’s Coffee & Tea at 201 Grand Avenue in South San Francisco to hear Vance Joy play a song live from noon to 2 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2014.

When you buy a copy of KFOG’s Live From The Archives 21, you will get into a line to get inside and you can also meet Vance Joy and have him autograph your CD.

Vance Joy has an original voice which at first he kept to himself. Feeding on a diet of The Pogues, Paul Kelly, and whatever else was playing, he cut his teeth performing at open mike nights in Melbourne. It is folk music with pop influences. His songs capture the familiar pulse of everyday experiences in a unique and celebratory manner. His lyrics will reach out to you and hold on for a moment.

Please Note: Because space is limited, they’ll have separate lines for people to get in. Although the live performance is free, you’ll have a much better chance of hearing it if you buy the CD. All proceeds from CD sales will go to Bay Area Food Banks.
