Join Emma Christensen, food writer, editor and home brewer, as she will teach you the basics of homebrewing, including equipment, ingredients, and recipes. A Q&A will follow the presentation, and a sampling of homebrew.

Emma Christensen is a food writer and editor with 8 years of experience creating food and cooking content for online and print publication. She is a former editor of The Kitchen and the author of two cookbooks, True Brews and Brew Better Beer. She also collaborated on the James Beard award-winning The Kitchn Cookbook.
