The Awesöme Orchestra Collective is the Bay Area’s most adventurous reading orchestra, dedicated to playing excellent orchestral music of all kinds with amazing musicians in a fun, casual environment focused on high musicianship. Their events are always free, but they ask for a pay-what-you-will donation to help cover basic costs.

  • Ramin Djawadi – Game of Thrones (main theme)
  • Erich Korngold – Robin Hood (selections from the film score suite)
  • Philip Glass – The Canyon (dramatic essay for full orchestra)

If you’re there just to listen, no need to sign up. It’s free to all – bring your friends.

To participate, you just need to sign up on the Google Form with your instrument(s) and check for an email from your section’s ambassador close to the event. If you sign up, show up. Check out sheet music and reference recordings for both pieces on Google Drive
