You’re invited to a Special Balvenie Scotch Tasting at BevMo! on Van Ness and Sutter from 6-7 pm, and 7:30-8:30 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
Free, but an RSVP is required for each tasting. 40 people maximum for each event.
The Balvenie is a range of single malts crafted by Malt Master David Stewart. Each expression is unique, but all are rich, luxuriously smooth and underpinned by a distinctive honeyed character. Understanding his craft like few others, David uses different cask types and ages of spirit, to develop exquisite, new interpretations of The Balvenie’s classic character.
You will taste the following:
- Balvenie 12yr Doublewood
- Balvenie 14yr Carribean Cask
- Balvenie 17yr Doublewood
- Balvenie 21yr Portwood
This special event will also include a viewing of the Balvenie Morgan Sports Car, along with education on the history and making of the premium Balvenie Scotch
