Bark in the Park San Jose, the largest dog festival in the United States, will be on held at William Street Park in downtown San Jose on Saturday, September 16, 2017.

FREE; a $5 donation per dog is encouraged

Bark in the Park San Jose attracts 3,500 dogs and 15,000 humans. Located in an expansive, tree lined park, this casual event features contests, beverages, food, agility courses, kids’ activities, over 65 different dog-related vendors and services, and dogs, lots of dogs.

New this year: Kids’ Entertainment Zone with kids’ agility course, puppy make-over packages (face paint and more), a dog owners in training resource tent, and a dog-themed bounce house.
