Event Details

You are invited to a very special Puerto Rican community Bombazo jam session in honor of the people in Puerto Rico. As Hurricane Maria has devastated the island at catastrophic levels, the Bay Area Bomba y Plena Workshop community will be singing, dancing and playing music and sending the strongest love to the Boricuas on the island.

All proceeds will go directly to Hurricane relief efforts on the ground for the people. Sources include www.mariafund.org.

Bring barriles, faldas, maracas and as you sing to heal during this heavy time not only for Puerto Rico and other islands in the Caribbean, but also Mexico and other countries heavily impacted by climate shifts. This is a family friendly event and food will be available for sale by Los Cilantros.
