Bay Area Science Festival 2012 | Nov. 3 Free EventsCreated by the Bay Area’s scientific, cultural, and educational institutions, the Bay Area Science Festival returns with a 10-day festival, scheduled October 24 – November 2, 2013.

The festival provides a wide range of science & technology activities – lectures, debates, exhibitions, concerts, plays, workshops and more at a locations throughout the Bay Area.

Expect similar events in 2013, including the return of Discovery Days in Santa Rosa, Hayward, and San Francisco.

Discovery Days at AT&T Park
AT&T Park transforms into a science wonderland when the Bay Area Science Festival concludes with a free, family-friendly science extravaganza.

PR2 at The Tech Museum
Here’s your chance to meet Willow Garage’s PR2, a powerful research robot who can see, talk, pick up objects, and even dance around! Create your own programs for the robot and then see your programming in action.

When Worlds Collide & Star Gazing
