Celebrate Bay Day with Save The Bay at Jack London Square. Enjoy family activities, featured restaurant access and discounts, a Save The Bay education station, and more while celebrating the beautiful Bay. From art adventures to kayaking, there’s a way for everyone to enjoy Bay Day at Jack London Square.

  • Save The Bay (San Francisco) is a local environmental nonprofit that has protected and restored the beautiful Bay since 1961. As the host of Bay Day, Save The Bay staff will be leading multiple activities to engage your senses and connection with the natural environment
  • Heirs To Our Oceans are youth leaders who are dedicated to inspire awareness, responsibility, and action amongst youth worldwide to protect the waters of their Blue Planet and future generations. Heirs To Our Oceans are creating the next generation of environmental leaders, and they are making a full feature film in their journey doing so.
  • KIDS for the BAY’s mission is to collaborate with teachers to inspire environmental consciousness in children and cultivate a love of learning. They are celebrating 25 years of delivering hands-on environmental education in Bay Area schools and in a local creek, bay, and ocean habitats.
  • San Francisco Bay Trail – The San Francisco Bay Trail is a planned 500-mile walking and cycling path around the entire San Francisco Bay running through all nine Bay Area counties, 47 cities, and across seven toll bridges. With over 350 miles in place, the Bay Trail connects communities to parks, open spaces, schools, transit and to each other, and also provides a great alternative commute corridor. The ultimate goal of the Bay Trail is to build a continuous shoreline bicycle and pedestrian path for all to enjoy.
