Come out to make Block Friday the new Black Friday and use November 23, 2012 to create community.
Swap/Meet SF have decided to go all out the day after Thanksgiving by transforming the 1100 block of Market Street into a giant potluck and community feast with a community table 100+ feet long.
Music will be provided by Street Stage, an UP:SF Makeathon select project.
Sign up and bring a dish to share and sit down to enjoy a great meal with friendly people on the quintessential San Francisco street.
Participate in other ways too, such as volunteering or maybe even performing – they will have a stage for performers to play during the meal so email swapmeet.sf@gmail.com if you’re interested.
