This is a fully-permitted gathering, but Golden Gate Park now has park rangers monitoring events such as this, so use discretion. You’re all adults, you know the drill. Bottles are for babies – use a cup. Also, smoking of any kind is banned in GGP, and people have indeed gotten tickets at events like this. If you choose to flaunt this law, you do so at your own risk, and you MUST dispose of all butts appropriately, i.e. NEVER EVER IN THE GRASS.
They don’t call it Brass Tax family for nothing. This started out as friends-and-family kind of party, so please be respectful of the organizers and their efforts to bring you this awesome free party. And if you have a buck or two, please feel free to drop it in the proverbial hat throughout the day.
