Starting location: Hayes Green near “Futures Past” sculpture by Kate Raudenbush.

  • They will be there from noon to 1:15 pm. Find the Unicorn. Teams will check in and form teams starting at noon. The Scavenger Task List will be distributed at 12:30 pm or 1:15 pm at the latest. End time will be 4 pm (they will be there at 3:15 pm to begin checking in arrivals).

  • You need at least one electronic photo-taking device per group. You must photo document your finds and email photos to be verified after to receive 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize.
  • Most activities will take place in the Central Market Area of San Francisco and there will be some rules to follow (though not too strict).

The hunt celebrates “No Spectators Day,” an officially recognized day on July 31. “No Spectators” refers to one of the core values of the Burning Man community which proclaims that you should not be a spectator, but a participator – in art, in life, and yes, in this scavenger hunt too.
