Spring Equinox Kundalini Yoga Celebration & Potluck | SF

Join your Bay Area brothers and sisters to celebrate the Spring Equinox with the first gathering at the home of the Kundalini Yoga Co-op, The Center SF on March 17, 2013.

This is a great opportunity to meet, meditate, connect and reconnect with the growing Kundalini community of the Bay Area.

You will begin at 3pm with yoga, meditation and a gong layout to energize and elevate yourselves for the afternoon, which will include:

• Group Meet and Greet: Meet the Bay area community and get connected.
• Introduction to: “3HO San Francisco” and “The Kundalini Yoga CO-OP”. Two projects starting here in the Bay Area, with ample opportunities for participation.
• Manifestation Session: Manifesting the vision for KY, prosperity & connected community as you gear up for Summer Solstice Sadhana 2013
• Vegetarian Potluck at 5:15pm
