Central Market Now activates, promotes & celebrates the local Arts and businesses in the Central Market neighborhood – every second Friday. The event features open houses, free performances, exhibits, and merchant promotions monthly.

Entertainment Lineup | July 11, 2014

• Inner-City Apex – a full evening of collective beats, rhythm and music at Kunst-Stoff arts at 1 Grove
• Music Performances by: Caroline (acoustic, singer / songwriter), Diwatafb (emcee, singer / r&b), Patience (sf native based emcee)
• Live Performances by rose gold drum circle by african outlet with interactive live beats.
• Beat-making therapy with Mr. Rey- introductory and participatory live beats for attendees to experiment with
• SF Camerawork stays “Up All Night” for their annual juried members’ exhibition of local and emerging photographers
• Gather at Show Dogs Fine Sausages for a sundown projection with Illuminate the Arts
• Along Market St. – urban pianos The Sunset Piano Supporters
• “Single Room Occupancy” exhibition opening and artist reception 5-7 PM at Hospitality House @1009 Market Street
• This exhibition showcases the artworks made by residents participating in Hospitality House’s year-long mobile arts workshops at residential hotels.
• At The Luggage Store Gallery see the solo exhibition by Theresa Baker. Reception: 6 – 8pm @ 1007 Market Street
