Come and join the 2017 Gilroy Garlic Festival that attracts garlic-lovers from around the world. It is the “Summer’s Ultimate Food Fair” — three full days of incredible food, beverages, arts & crafts, live entertainment, and cooking competitions.

Tickets: $18 online general admission ($20 at the door)
$13 seniors ($15 at the door) / $8 youth ($10 at the door)

Food and beverages may be purchased from Gourmet Alley or the vendors. Prices range from $2 to $15 or more depending on the item, which is typically a full-size serving, not a sample.

    The heart of the Gilroy Garlic Festival is the world-famous Gourmet Alley. In this gigantic outdoor kitchen, the “Pyro Chefs” put on a spectacular flame-up show while preparing garlic-laced calamari and scampi in huge iron skillets.

2017 Festival Map

The Festival is held in a park. It is all outdoors with mostly turf and some compact dirt and asphalt walkways. There are natural shade trees, and many shade tents with tables and benches. Shirt and shoes are required.

Christmas Hill Park rules prohibit bringing the following items on Festival grounds:

  • Alcohol of any kind
  • Bottles, glass and cans
  • Coolers – large or small
  • Frisbees and water projecting devices
  • Pocket knives and weapons of any kind.

Please be advised that the City of Gilroy park rules prohibit dogs and other animals from being brought into the park, except Service Dogs.
