Yes, it’s a night devoted to bacon—not only to its deliciousness, but to purveyors who support the sustainable raising and use of land animals like the pig.

Enjoy bacon from Bacon Bacon and other local pork connoisseurs. Learn about the philosophy behind nose to tail pig roasts and see what will surely be your first vegan pig roast, using every part of a peach—from stem to pit.
