Grab your mittens – here’s the winter festivals where you can play in the snow in the Bay.

It hasn’t snowed in downtown San Francisco since 1976 (see the awesome photos of classic SF snowstorms dating back to 1882) – and San Jose got a light dusting of snow  in 2015 – but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little bit of winter fun, if only artificially.

Here’s a list of upcoming events that are importing or making snow for you to play in.
