Boogie down at The Eastlake Music Festival at the Lake Merritt Amphitheater in Oakland which features local music, dance, indie arts and crafts, micro-brews and food trucks.

Where Is Eastlake?
In the heart of Oakland, California. Nestled between Chinatown, Grand Avenue, and San Antonio neighborhoods, Eastlake features prominent Oakland institutions like the Oakland Art Museum, Laney College, and the Kaiser Auditorium. Eastlake also features a diverse and vibrant community featuring cuisines from around the globe. International Boulevard, East 12th Street and East 18th Street offer a cornucopia of commercial shops and services large and small.

Important Rules of the Park

  • No dogs / pets in the amphitheater
  • Please use port-a-potties or City of Oakland bathrooms
  • No smoking
  • No BBQ or grilling of any kind
  • Respect the flora and fauna; it’s a wildlife refuge

Public Transportation:
AC Transit Bus lines 18, 14, 26, 1, 1R pass through the amphitheater and conveniently stop nearby.

BART:
Lake Merritt Bart Station is conveniently located two blocks away from the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center and three blocks away from the Lake Merritt Blvd Amphitheater.

Auto Parking:
Street parking will be available in and around the Lake Merritt Bart Station, Peralta College and Lake Merritt Blvd.

Zero Waste:
They sent one bag of trash to the landfill last year! Yes, only one bag. Everything else was redirected to recycling and composting thanks to Green Mary and her wonderful crew. Please use the compost and recycling bins in the park set up by Green Mary and color coded for convenience. Please refrain from using any disposable plastic or other harmful items in your picnic.
