Plans this weekend? Let’s ride! Grab a friend and hop on Bay Area Bike Share because 24-hour bike passes are free for one weekend thanks to Sanpellegrino Sparkling Fruit Beverages.

You’ll get unlimited 30-minute rides for 24 hours.

Right now there’s about 700 bikes for sharing, but within two years they’ll be expanding to 7,000. Suggest a future bike share location.

Free Bay Area Bike Share Weekend
Saturday & Sunday, August 13-14, 2016
San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mountain View, San Jose
FREE with RSVP to receive your gift code

Where are the Bike Stations? View a Map.

  • San Francisco – 35+ bike stations mostly around SoMa, Caltrain, Financial District, Market Street, Hayes Valley, Embarcadero and North Beach
  • San Jose – 18 bike stations
  • Mountain View – 7 bike stations
  • Palo Alto – 5 bikes stations

Why 30 minutes? Because it’s Bike Share! The 24-hour pass allows you to zip from A to B, checking out a bike from any station for up to 30 minutes, and returning it to another once you’ve reached your destination so that someone else can use the bike while you’re having lunch, visiting a museum or hanging out with friends.

And then when you’re ready, grab another bike and head out to your next destination.
