Plop yourself in front of the computer for the ITVS’s Indies Showcase, a free online showcase of 20 documentaries, which allows you to learn about everything from the Middle-Eastern conflict to a medical mission in Ukraine from the comfort of your own home.

In honor of their 20th anniversary, ITVS is showing some of the films made from their 20-year history of funding in an online film festival that runs from Sunday, July 25 to Friday, September 23.

Most of these feature-length documentaries have previously been shown on PBS or KQED, but are difficult to find on Hulu or Netflix, so take advantage of these special films available online for only three days.

Check out their online schedule to see the listings and find out what other films will be added in early August, so that you can watch award-winning documentaries on both corn to Cambodian refugees and learn something new in the process.
Watch now at itvs.org.
