“Mole” is a Mexican sauce made from chili peppers, other spices and (most importantly) chocolate.
Mole lovers are invited to participate in the “Mole Para Morirse” (Mole To Die For) contest, where the audience will get a chance to taste a variety of regional Mole entries and vote for their favorites.
