The Ocean Beach fire pits are open. Ring in the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love with the Now Festival, and a drink and a toast to the badasses who came before us and made this the awesome city that it is today.

Ocean Beach Bonfire Night
Thursday, April 20, 2017 | 7pm
Ocean Beach, San Francisco
FREE but bring firewood & drinks

Where exactly will the bonfire be? Check Facebook for updates once they secure the exact locaiton.

And with the level of interest they are receiving, Now Festival is encouraging you to make this your own. Bring all your own supplies and make your own party, people. Come out to celebrate the first day of the Now Festival by grabbing your own fire pit or hopping in with some friendly strangers.

Bring firewood, brews, marshmallows, or anything else to help you and others enjoy the fire. There will be more updates on their Facebook page with fire pit location day-of the event, so stay tuned.

Please leave the beach better than when you found it. Clean up all your trash and recyclables by 9:30 pm sharp. Also glass is not allowed, so please bring canned drinks (and “no booze”.) Make sure to read the full list of fire regulations when you head out.
