People’s Park will celebrate its 46th Anniversary with music, speakers, dancing, drumming and free food, catered by Food not Bombs, from noon to 6 pm on Sunday, April 26, 2015.

Come out and enjoy a day in the park, celebrate another trip around the Sun for the world’s most unique social experiment. This anniversary’s theme is “Black Lives Matter & The Year of the Woman,” so the emphasis on performers, speakers, and directing comes from their Sisters in Arms and they want to celebrate the park trees.
