The San Francisco Gallery Art Walk is a free, self-guided, and public event centered around the Union Square art galleries on Post and Sutter.

Held Saturday, March 24th, from 12pm to 5pm, the Winter Art Walk enables you  to peruse each of the nine galleries on the itinerary and discover hundreds of paintings, sculptures, and mixed media works from diverse genres will be on view by both established artists and exciting up-and-comers.

Select venues will feature live music and performance art. Complimentary refreshments and wine will be served to all guests, and coupons for local eateries and shops will be offered.

1:00 – 3:00 pm – Sandra Lee Gallery

  • Party for Real-Surreal Show
  • Chat with 6 featured artists
  • Live music, food, wine and will be served.

3:00 – 5:00 pm – Jenkins Johnson Gallery

  • Opening reception for “Voices of Home”.
  • Voices from Home is a group exhibition featuring artists that visually articulate works
  • inspired by their diverse and rich cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Live Music from 2:00 – 5:00 pm by Jazz Guitarist Albert Kakkis. Refreshments with be served.

4:00 pm – Caldwell Snyder Gallery

  • Artist talk with mixed media artist Marti Somers.
  • Marti Somers’ Wanderland features rich mixed media works infused with organic materials and subtle narratives.
