The Santa Skivvies Run is a festive romp through the Castro benefiting San Francisco AIDS Foundation when you can watch hundreds of bods drop trou, don Santa hats and reindeer antlers and help raise funds to support the free and local services of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

Although it costs upwards of $35 to register to run, it’s free to watch and cheer on the undie parade of runners as a spectator.

Santa Skivvies Run has become one of the city’s most beloved holiday events.

The route starts/ends at Lookout (Market/Noe) and winds through the streets of the Castro with a route of about 1.3 miles long. Afterwards, there’s typically a Santa’s Village Block Party with music, fun and a dance off (it’s not clear if the block party is just for participants and not for spectators. Read the FAQ.
