Grab an extra 25¢ for Muni. Your commute just got pricier.

Save your quarters… SF bus and muni fares increase on September 1, 2014 for the first time in five years. The price increase also includes monthly passes, which went up on August 17, 2014. Good news though,  prices for senior, disabled and youth riders will remain unchanged.

If you’re one of the 700,000 daily SF bus or muni riders your best bet to save some cash is to grab a monthly pass. With the money you save, you can pay off a parking meter for the car you barely use.
