Vegan Hacker Night

Get creative and learn to hack recipes of dishes that have no business being vegan
By - posted 4/21/2012 No Comment

Vegan Hacker is a casual workshop-style food hacking event that every month takes a new dish (like ravioli, corn dogs or even twinkees) and explores how to creatively make a tasty vegan version. Share your culinary skills or get some new ones.

Vegan Hacker | Monthly Food Hacking Night
Last Tuesday of every month (either 6p or 7p)
Noisebridge, 2169 Mission St, SF
– FREE but RSVP required

April 24th Vegan Hacker | Fondue (7p)
Do you do fondue? Whether or not traditional fondue’s for you, you’re in for a dippin’ good time if you participate in April’s Vegan Hacker!

Traditional fondue is typically far from vegan, but Vegan Hacker wants to change that on the evening of April 24th. We hope to see a whole range of fondues, from sweet, to savory, to somewhere in-between. From expected, to surprising, to disarmingly postmodern! From works of premeditated culinary artistry— to flat out experiments (though hopefully tasty experiments!)
