Hear ye, hear ye, pagans, hippies, nature-friends and lovers of the sun – the shortest day, and the longest night of the year is here. While that might sound depressing, it only means that the worst is behind us and days will start getting longer and longer.

Celebrate Winter Solstice with some fantastic events all around the Bay Area, including nature hikes, some quality time with very tall trees, and even a frosty dip at Ocean Beach (brrrrrr….). Happy Solstice Funcheap!
