Esta Noche has presented the Bay Area’s best progressive comedians free of charge in the heart of the Mission.

Now, new hosts are continuing the fun. Every Thursday, straight and gay comedians tell jokes on a stage that was built for drag queens.

• 1st Thursday of the month: Yuri Kagan and friends
• 2nd Thursday of the month: Emily Van Dyke and friends
• 3rd Thursday of the Month: “The Bitchslap” with hosts Eloisa Bravo and Kimberly Rose Wendt
• 4th Thursday of the month: Jessica Sele and friends

Esta Noche is a gay bar where everyone is welcome as long as they are 21 and over.

Comedy Lineup: Januray 17, 2013

• Mark Davis, one of America’s original Gay Comedy Icons, makes a long overdue return to San Francisco after two Comedy Central specials.
• Dhaya Lakshminarayanan from NPR’s snap judgement.
• Miss Persia, one of Esta Noche’s favorite drag acts and a very funny comica will add some sexiness.
• Kate Willett brings her dark fun to the party.
• And the producer and award winning comic Marga Gomez will bask and bask in comic glory.
